JACQUELINE A. KETT, ESQ. is a registered patent attorney whose practice emphasizes intellectual-property litigation and procurement, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters, both foreign and domestic. Jacqueline focuses on mechanical, bio-mechanical, chemical engineering, electrical, and software technologies, and she frequently provides freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions. After becoming an engineer, Jacqueline worked with a company that focused on making complex microchips for medical testing. Prior to entering the field of law, Jacqueline also worked with a venture capital firm to counsel and assist start-up ventures, including with marketing and business strategies.
