KEVIN REGAN, ESQ. is a registered patent attorney whose practice emphasizes intellectual-property litigation and procurement, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters, both foreign and domestic. Kevin serves clients in a wide variety of fields, including mechanical technologies, agricultural technologies, botany, environmental science, and wine and alcohol producers. Kevin also provides freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions. Prior to entering private practice, Kevin clerked for a federal district court judge in the Southern District of Florida, and he served as a Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice in the Environment and Natural Resources Division in Washington, D.C.
