MICHAEL FOLISE, ESQ. is a registered patent attorney whose practice emphasizes intellectual-property litigation and procurement, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters, both foreign and domestic. Michael focuses on electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical technologies, and he frequently provides freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions. In addition to his experience as an attorney, Michael is a certified mediator under Local Civil Rule 39.1 and has served as an expert witness in a variety of patent cases.
