NATHAN GUYMON, ESQ. is a registered patent attorney whose practice emphasizes intellectual-property litigation and procurement, including patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret matters, both foreign and domestic. Nathan focuses on electrical, mechanical, and software technologies, and he frequently provides freedom-to-operate, non-infringement, and invalidity opinions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Nathan designed composite structures and other inventions as a mechanical engineer. In addition to his experience as an attorney, Nathan taught legal writing to law students. Nathan is also a popular CLE presenter on various intellectual-property subjects.
